Overview
The Office of the Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Social Security Administration develops the Information Resource Management Plan and defines the Information Technology strategy for the entire Social Security Administration.
The goal of this project was to improve the SSA OCIO intranet website design, navigation and functionality based on inherently flexible and scalable website architecture. In preparing the intranet redesign, The Canton Group initially conducted extensive user information research to establish a base community need.
