Overview
The Department of Transportation, Office of Inspector General (DOT OIG) was seeking to update the look and feel of its existing Internet site with the goal of enhancing overall user experience through improved design, navigation, and functionality. They also needed a way to provide the public with access to a massive amount of documentation. The Canton Group implemented a flexible web site architecture that could accommodate future growth and provide DOT OIG with a low total cost of ownership, as well as facilitate routine maintenance and future enhancements to the site.
