The Canton Group Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for establishing and implementing Project Management (PM) practices and procedures for the Company. Regardless of project-specific focus, we utilize PM processes compliant with best practices as prescribed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®), and Engineering Management processes compliant with best practices as prescribed by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Software Engineering Institute (SEI).
