Job Title: Senior Web Application Developer

Description:
In this position individuals will act as lead developers, guiding the solutions from their start to finish.  To perform in this position successfully, individuals must have knowledge of Software Design Patterns, Service Oriented Architecture, Test Driven Design, Agile Software Principles, Model-View-Controller Pattern, Web System Architecture and Design, Content Management Systems, Database Modeling and Design, Advanced Web Programming Languages, Requirements Specification, Rapid Prototyping, Software Testing and Production System Support and Troubleshooting. The positions require expert knowledge in variety of web applications and programming languages and to utilize these tools in proposing solutions for customer projects.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of web programming and software development experience
• Solid experience in hand-coding HTML and semantic markup
• Extensive knowledge of CSS and cross browser compatibility
• 1-2 years Drupal development experience
• Familiarity with all aspects of Drupal development, including taxonomies, theming, views, and custom module development
• Familiarity with LAMP environments and system administration
• Familiarity with bug tracking and version control software
• Ability to write clean, readable, reusable and well structured code
• Desire and ability to learn new technologies
• Keep up with current developments in technology
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Honesty, integrity, dependability and a sense of humor
• Proficient in;
  • JavaScript (Jquery)
  • AJAX
  • MVC Frameworks
  • PHP
  • Public API with XMLRPC, SOAP, or JSON for services such as: Google, Basecamp, Twitter, etc.
